Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs, offering proactive service and recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness and organization.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.
