This crucial daytime role involves supporting our daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and processing of goods. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory efficiently and accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and palletizing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Heritage Shores, Bridgeville location.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack (certification a plus).
