Job Description

This role is for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Stonebridge, Saskatoon. As an integral part of our logistics operation, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, supporting the entire order fulfillment process. From the moment products arrive at our facility to the point they are shipped out, your precision and dedication will be key. This includes meticulous handling of incoming inventory, precise picking and packing of orders, and ensuring all outgoing shipments meet our high standards for quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory efficiently, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
  • Carefully pack orders, ensuring proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation, ensuring all outbound shipments are ready for carrier pickup.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, if required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with products or orders.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed to support operations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Basic computer proficiency for order processing and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, e-commerce, or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Experience operating a pallet jack or other material handling equipment.
  • Valid driver's license (an asset).
