Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified guidelines and deadlines.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, using manual handling techniques or equipment as required.
- Assist with the labelling, sorting, and storage of goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks) after appropriate training and certification.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistently during night shift hours (typically 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift, move, and carry goods up to 20kg.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
