As a Warehouse Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are accurately selected, carefully packed, and prepared for dispatch to our valued customers. Your day will involve working collaboratively within a supportive team, utilising modern equipment and following streamlined processes to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy. You’ll be responsible for picking items from various locations within the warehouse using handheld scanners or pick sheets, ensuring that quantities match order requirements. Once picked, you will meticulously pack items, ensuring they are protected during transit and labelled correctly for delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanner instructions.
- Carefully pack items to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are included.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and necessary warnings.
- Utilise handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on products before packing to ensure they meet standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organisation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly.
