This is a crucial night shift role based in Hampstead, London, where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our retail spaces are impeccably presented and fully stocked for the busiest shopping periods. Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandise resets, planograms, and visual display directives accurately and efficiently during night shifts.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, clearly signed, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify stock discrepancies, and assist with stock rotation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working and shopping environment.
- Communicate any display issues, stock shortages, or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
- Assist with the setup of promotional displays and seasonal changes.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure merchandising goals are aligned with operational needs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or stock management (minimum 6 months).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks required for merchandising.
- Good communication skills.
