Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory, ensuring proper placement and accessibility of products.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any damaged products or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols.
