Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner instructions.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring products are secure for transit.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing to prevent errors.
- Operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Meet daily productivity targets for picking and packing orders.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
