Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised store environment, including shelving and display areas.
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information with a positive attitude.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required, ensuring security and operational readiness.
