Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans for various projects and initiatives.
- Identify and map key internal and external stakeholders, understanding their interests, influence, and potential impact on Morson Group objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders through proactive outreach, regular communication, and effective conflict resolution.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and forums (virtual and in-person as required) to gather insights, build consensus, and drive collaborative outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and constructive responses.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement activities, adapting strategies based on feedback and evolving project needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., project management, marketing, operations, sales) to ensure alignment and integrated approaches to stakeholder management.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other communications to various audiences, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities related to stakeholder relationships and develop mitigation plans.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, communications, or a similar field (minimum 5 years).

- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute engagement plans that align with business goals.
