Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw audio recordings, including removing verbal tics, filler words, dead air, and other imperfections.
- Perform noise reduction, equalization, compression, and vocal balancing to achieve broadcast-quality sound.
- Mix and master podcast episodes, incorporating intros, outros, music, and sound effects.
- Collaborate with hosts, producers, and content strategists to ensure episodes align with brand guidelines and creative vision.
- Manage and organize audio assets, project files, and backup data efficiently.
- Meet strict deadlines for episode delivery and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Review and provide feedback on audio content, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

Required Skills
