Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases (manual) across various platforms and devices to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Accurately identify, document, and report software bugs and defects using our designated bug tracking system.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to communicate issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed test plans and test cases under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
- Verify bug fixes and perform thorough regression testing to ensure that resolved issues do not introduce new regressions or impact existing functionality.
- Participate actively in team meetings to discuss project status, potential issues, and upcoming feature releases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on software usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in software quality assurance and testing.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and fundamental software testing principles.
