Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to established standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens and make beds, replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and floors.
- Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, reporting any unusual situations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed.
