Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from warehouse to final destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping manifests, delivery receipts, and customs forms.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with transport providers to secure favorable terms.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to monitor shipments and provide real-time updates.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations within warehouse operations and during transit.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve overall operational performance.
- Train and supervise junior logistics staff or warehouse personnel as required.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics/warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong understanding of local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
