Job Description

Maluti Mountain Brewery (MMB) in Tosing, Qacha’s Nek, is seeking enthusiastic Factory Labourers to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the creation of iconic beverages that bring people together. As a Factory Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines, maintaining our high standards of product quality, and upholding our commitment to a safe working environment.

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, who are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. While previous factory experience is a plus, it is not strictly required – we value attitude and potential. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks across different stages of the manufacturing process, from raw material handling to packaging and warehousing. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to deliver the quality products our customers expect and love. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to adhering to all safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under supervision, ensuring efficient and safe functioning.
  • Perform manual tasks such as loading and unloading materials, packing finished products, and moving goods within the factory.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and packaging, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to all hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and schedules.
  • Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and material handling.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly to a supervisor.

  • Valid driver’s license (Code B).
