Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and best practices in career coaching.
- Collaborate with the wider Career.zycto team to enhance service offerings and client experience.
- Network with employers and industry professionals to identify potential opportunities for clients.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in career coaching, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong understanding of the UK job market and recruitment processes.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using career assessment tools and coaching methodologies.
