Your daily responsibilities will encompass everything from efficiently retrieving tools and parts, meticulously maintaining a clean and organized workspace, to assisting with fundamental vehicle inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and minor repairs under direct supervision. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist certified mechanics with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Retrieve tools, equipment, and parts as requested by technicians.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the garage.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Transport vehicles within the service center premises safely and efficiently.
  • Dispose of waste materials (e.g., used oil, tires) according to company and environmental regulations.
  • Clean and maintain shop equipment and tools to ensure longevity and proper function.
  • Support the service team in ensuring timely completion of repair jobs.
  • Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the workshop.
  • Shadow experienced mechanics to gain hands-on knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.

Required Skills

  • Basic mechanical aptitude or strong interest in automotive repair.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
