Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Assist customers with bagging purchases and locating items within the store as needed.
- Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and provide support in other areas as required.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
