Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, selections, and location.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Handle cash and maintain an accurate cash drawer, adhering to company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store, including shelving and display areas.
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise, ensuring proper inventory placement and rotation.
- Assist with merchandising and display setups to promote products and sales.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues as needed.
- Learn and apply product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
