Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and product location.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process returns/exchanges.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and participating in stock counts.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of all products and services offered to provide informed recommendations.
- Support promotional activities and store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
