Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, weighing, and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Assist with inventory counts and resolve minor discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and safely.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction) and reading comprehension.
