Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and annotate diverse datasets (text, images, audio, video) according to detailed guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on annotated data to ensure consistency and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand annotation requirements and improve guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and data quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn and adapt to new annotation tasks, tools, and project requirements as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data annotation best practices.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to follow complex instructions accurately and consistently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
