Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendars effectively.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and client information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials, job descriptions, and offer letters.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and initial orientation support.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions, as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the recruitment team.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand staffing needs and prioritize tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and attending virtual or in-person career fairs and recruitment events.
