As a Product Designer at Career.zycto, you will be instrumental in every stage of the product lifecycle, from initial discovery and user research to wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final hand-off to engineering. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Translate research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and elegant user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Iteratively refine designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and analytical data, ensuring a data-driven approach to design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across our product suite.
- Present design concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively to internal teams and stakeholders, articulating design rationale and impact.
- Act as a user advocate, ensuring that user needs and usability best practices are at the forefront of all product development.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of web and mobile design patterns, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing for complex enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with engineers.
- Experience in contributing to or leading design system development.
