Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Proactively source and engage top-tier talent using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide expert guidance to candidates on resume preparation, interview techniques, and career advice.
- Facilitate visa sponsorship processes for international candidates, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights, best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing diverse talent through various channels.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian job market and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international recruitment and familiarity with Canadian immigration processes (e.g., LMIA, Express Entry).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to Canada's diverse population.
- Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CPHR, RPR).
