Key Responsibilities
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions (squeegees, brushes, ladders, poles, and water-fed poles).
- Inspect glass for cracks, chips, or other damage and report findings to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly, especially when working at heights.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and stored properly.
- Work efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, property managers, and the public.
- Keep work areas tidy and organized, leaving premises clean after job completion.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress, issues, or specific client requests.
- Perform minor maintenance or repairs on cleaning equipment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Work in various weather conditions, adapting techniques as necessary.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at various heights using ladders, lifts, or harnesses.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, streak-free results.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
