Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home office while making a significant impact on our talent acquisition strategy and the success of our diverse client portfolio. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent across various industries and functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

In this pivotal role, you will be much more than just a resume screener. You’ll act as a strategic partner to our internal teams and external clients, understanding their unique hiring needs, organizational culture, and long-term objectives. You’ll leverage your expertise in modern recruitment methodologies, including advanced sourcing techniques, employer branding, and candidate relationship management, to build robust talent pipelines. This includes utilizing diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche job boards, social media, and professional networks to unearth passive candidates who align with our values and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from requisition creation to offer management and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional engagement.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of corporate recruiting or agency recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in diverse roles.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in technology, sales, or professional services sectors.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Certification in recruitment (e.g., CIR, CDR) is a plus.
