Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
- Carefully carry, organize, and manage scaffolding materials, including poles, planks, and couplers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around all scaffolding systems.
- Conduct initial visual inspections of scaffolding components for any signs of damage or defects.
- Strictly adhere to all site-specific safety guidelines, regulations, and company protocols.
- Provide essential support to skilled scaffolders and other construction trades as needed.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and secure storage of various construction materials.
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites to support overall project progress.
- Report any potential safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
