Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire film production lifecycle, from initial concept development and script acquisition to post-production and final delivery.

- Manage comprehensive production budgets and schedules, ensuring projects remain on track and within financial parameters.
- Recruit, hire, and manage key creative and technical personnel, including directors, writers, cinematographers, and crew.
- Negotiate contracts with talent, distributors, and vendors, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are meticulously handled.
- Maintain the creative integrity of the project while balancing artistic vision with practical constraints and market demands.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during all phases of production.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of filming, including location scouting, permits, equipment, and insurance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and distribution teams to develop effective release strategies.
