Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product features for optimal user satisfaction.
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate functionality and design.
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces, ensuring consistency across all platforms, strict adherence to brand guidelines, and an exceptional visual aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Present and clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders, integrating constructive feedback effectively to refine and optimize designs.
- Develop and diligently maintain robust design systems and comprehensive style guides to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability in all design processes.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is essential.

- Proven ability to create clear wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating strong UI UX design skills, a keen aesthetic sense, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design choices and rationale.
- Practical experience with various user research methodologies and conducting usability testing.
