Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team in Haxby, York. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange extensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for clarity and accuracy.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
  • Organize and maintain highly confidential records, documents, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Assist with project coordination, track progress, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Process expense reports, manage invoices, and assist with departmental budget tracking.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries as required by executives.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office administration to ensure smooth operations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
