Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using various online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for open positions.
  • Craft engaging job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with offer management, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and foster a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
