Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

  • Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, or escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order, reporting any malfunctions or shortages.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
