Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership in Vilankulo. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and directing calls and emails as appropriate.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documents with precision.
- Undertake special projects and research assignments as delegated by senior leadership.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Experience working within a fast-paced professional services or recruitment environment.
