Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing basic information when required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy, presentable, and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff and clients.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring availability.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
