Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain GRC policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on compliance with relevant laws, regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and delivery of GRC training and awareness programs for employees.
- Support internal and external audits, coordinating efforts and providing necessary documentation.
- Investigate and respond to compliance breaches or incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure GRC requirements are integrated into business processes.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulatory landscapes and emerging GRC trends, advising management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on GRC status, risks, and compliance levels for senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a GRC Analyst or similar role (minimum 30 months).
- Strong understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
- Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and management techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex GRC concepts to diverse audiences.
