Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues over the phone, email, or chat.
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes, ensuring clear and understandable instructions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Follow standard helpdesk procedures, including logging all interactions and resolutions.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support personnel when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Provide support and training to new users on various applications and systems.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements to existing procedures and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Strong passion for technology and a keen interest in IT support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to challenges.
