Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and conducting disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain HR records and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar senior HR role (minimum 4 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Solid understanding of HR systems and databases.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience working with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP).
  • Previous experience in a professional services or recruitment environment.
