Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain administrative systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, especially for public sector-related documentation.
- Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies and public service organizations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for recruitment consultants and management, handling all logistical aspects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual within Career.zycto.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, grant applications, or other compliance-related paperwork relevant to public administration contracts.
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and budget-related documentation, adhering to strict financial protocols.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating initial training schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal company policies.
- Undertake general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Required Skills
