Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all studio spaces, including control rooms, live rooms, and communal areas.
  • Prepare studios for sessions, including setting up microphones, instruments, and equipment as per engineer specifications.
  • Provide hospitality for clients and staff, including making refreshments and running errands as needed.
  • Assist engineers and producers during sessions, supporting with basic technical setups and tear-downs.
  • Manage inventory of studio supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phones, managing deliveries, and coordinating schedules.
  • Ensure all equipment is safely stored and accounted for after sessions.
  • Undertake general ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the studio.
