Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, industry-specific job boards, professional networks).
- Conduct thorough intake calls with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to provide market insights, advise on compensation benchmarks, and refine job descriptions.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving recruitment processes and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition technologies, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Proven experience with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networking.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a remote team.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and recruitment best practices.
