Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and supervise tour guides and support staff, ensuring high service standards.
- Monitor tour budgets, process invoices, and manage expenses efficiently.
- Conduct pre-tour briefings and post-tour debriefings with guides and participants.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote tours and develop new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all tour-related activities and financials.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in tour operations, event management, or hospitality (minimum 3 years).
