Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions knowledgeably.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and elegantly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
- Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit card, and digital transactions.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas.
