Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises, equipment, and building systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
- Execute repairs on various building components including carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
