Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces and activity stations according to program plans.
- Support program facilitators during a variety of activities, workshops, and games.
- Engage positively and inclusively with youth participants of all ages, fostering a welcoming and safe environment.
- Help with participant registration, check-ins, and the distribution of program materials.
- Actively monitor participant safety during events and promptly report any concerns to supervisors.
- Provide general logistical support, including fetching supplies, organizing equipment, and light administrative tasks.
- Encourage active participation and help maintain a fun, positive, and energetic atmosphere at all events.
- Assist with the thorough clean-up and proper organization of equipment and venues after events conclude.
