Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and market needs.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation, research, prototyping, and testing to deployment and iteration.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, ML, Big Data, etc.) to enhance our recruitment solutions.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and intellectual curiosity within the R&D department.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and operations teams to translate market insights into technical requirements and product roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain strong intellectual property strategies to protect Career.zycto's innovations.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry conferences, engaging with thought leaders and staying abreast of global tech trends.
- Ensure technical excellence, scalability, and security of all developed solutions.
Required Skills
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market.
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and product management principles.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
