Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce original illustrations, graphics, and visual concepts for a variety of projects, including digital media, print, branding, and advertising.
- Collaborate with art directors, creative leads, and clients to interpret briefs and translate concepts into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Maintain brand consistency and aesthetic quality across all illustrated assets.
- Utilise industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and refine illustrations.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within set deadlines.
- Stay updated with current illustration trends, design techniques, and software advancements.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and actively participate in the creative process.
- Prepare files for final production, ensuring technical specifications are met for both print and digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of illustration styles and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of colour theory, composition, and typography.
- Proven ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas from brief to final artwork.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience in visual storytelling and creating engaging narratives through illustration.
Preferred Qualifications
