Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including service agreements, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive contract management system, including tracking key dates, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate contract approvals by liaising with relevant internal departments and stakeholders.
- Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contractual matters.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.

- Proven ability to draft, review, and manage complex contractual agreements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
