In the Corporate Law sphere, you’ll assist with company formations, contract reviews, due diligence processes, and general commercial transactions. This involves preparing initial drafts of agreements, managing corporate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your contributions will be vital in helping businesses navigate complex legal landscapes, from startups to established enterprises.
Within our Family Law department, you will play a compassionate and crucial role in supporting clients through sensitive and often challenging personal matters. This will include assisting with divorce proceedings, child arrangements, financial settlements, and pre-nuptial agreements. Your work will involve preparing court documents, managing client correspondence with empathy and discretion, and ensuring all timelines are met for urgent family matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, proofreading, and amending a variety of legal documents, correspondence, and forms for both corporate and family law matters.
- Conducting preliminary legal research using online databases and other resources.
- Managing client files, including electronic and physical document organisation, scanning, and filing.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates, and maintaining solicitors' diaries.
- Assisting with the preparation of court bundles, trial documents, and hearing summaries.
- Liaising effectively with clients, courts, barristers, and third parties, maintaining professional and confidential communication.
- Processing legal aid applications and private client billing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Providing general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all client information and firm matters.
- Adhering to all internal policies, procedures, and professional conduct rules.
Required Skills
