Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiating terms and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Manage and optimize existing affiliate programs, monitoring performance metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and CPA.
- Analyze affiliate campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliate activities with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all affiliate communications and promotional materials.
- Manage affiliate budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective program operation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, CPC, ROI).
- Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, ShareASale).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
